Thanks Annie! I pretty much have that same info down pat also… but writing on my iPad — or even taking text to paste from Word or Pages into Medium on my Desktop Computer requires an enormous amount of editing, because Medium does not have the edit options that either Word or Pages has! So I just write directly into Medium on my Computer. OR, I write a story or a Poem on my iPad but I DO NOT DO ANY FORMATTING OR ADD ANY PHOTOS. I JUST DO IT TO GET THE WORDS DOWN. THEN, I go to my Stories on my Computer on my Medium page, and do all my formatting, add my photos, check spelling, add source info under each image, add tags under the Publish Option, then go to the three … to add the Publication I want to publish it in, click Submit As Draft. Done!

I find when I select a photo from my Library and insert it in a story from my iPad, it’s a lot smaller than when I do it directly on my desktop computer. From my photo library to my iPad, photos look like postage stamps!

As far as adding Story Tags and selecting Publishers, I do that easily only on my Desktop Computer. I can add Story Tags to a story on my iPad; however I cannot actually SEE those Tags on my iPad when reading either my stories or others’ stories. I can only see Story Tags on my Computer!

However, I have no problem tagging people’s names if I want to make sure they see that I’m mentioning them in a story or in sending a response — most of the time. On occasion, some people don’t show up as a green link when putting in their name in front of the @ symbol. Haven’t figured that out yet…
