Oh anna! So sorry you’re going through this crap when pain is the last thing one needs while trying to write beautiful words! We have a frozen shoulder in common. Left one. The worst for me is trying to lift a tee shirt off over my head. Excruciating. I’m in love with the stack of gel ice packs in my freezer, and my heating pad is always plugged in. I truly empathize. Being stoic simply sucks! Enjoy those moments when the pain isn’t there. My thoughts are with you and your incomparable poetry. You do your lousy pain proud!

… thinking of getting the steroid shot… not yet sure
