Louise, I have no idea. Perhaps write a group piece, post it on Medium and tag the entire Medium staff in every department. But first we’d have to find out who else is having these serious technical computer Medium issues. So far it’s you, me and Jk Mansi … perhaps Juhi has more names? Or do you?

All I know is that working on my desktop computer on Medium is impossible.

To recap: I cannot save anything I write in the Medium App; if I Clap for someone’s story, Claps only go up to 30, then revert back to 1, and won’t save; highlighting won’t save; sending Private Messages won’t save; writing Responses won’t save most of the time; people I follow and who follow me are now indicated as “out of network” and I can’t always see their comments.

Working on my iPad is less of a problem but it lacks all the features I need to function on Medium, including posting stories — which I’ve been unable to do for days! So essentially I am now inactive on Medium!
