John, I loved your story! And, wow, can I relate! Right down to the hoards of squishy caterpillars 🐛 falling off trees into your hair. I was brought up on a farm. I’m still terrified of spiders 🕷. Even many years later. Especially the ones I find in my NYC apartment. Where the hell do they come from? I also had ants 🐜 in my kitchen! Another… where the hell did they come from? I live on the 18th floor! This is New York City. Ants and Spiders don’t belong here! Yikes!!!

Note: I use Peppermint Oil on cotton balls to keep the Mice 🐁 away. (Yep! We’ve got mice here too!) And, for anyone interested, fresh cloves sprinkled around where you see Ants 🐜 keeps them away too. They hate the smell.
